Brand Size Guide Creation & Fit Review

I create custom brand size guides tailored to your brand’s fit and customer base. By analyzing your customer profile, fit data and competitors. This is the fit foundation of your brand. This ensures consistent sizing across your range, reducing returns while maintaining your brand’s signature fit and style.



Tech Pack Creation

I create detailed tech packs with technical drawings, construction specs, Bill of materials, and measurements. These documents facilitate clear communication with manufacturer, ensuring accurate sampling and smooth production, while preserving design quality and integrity.



Pattern Cutting

I create precise 2D digital or manual patterns for outerwear/outdoor garments, backed by 20+ years of pattern cutting experience. Having drafted in-house patterns used by factories for high-performance production, I focus on fit, fabric behaviour, and technical integrity.



3D & Physical Prototyping

Using CLO3D, I create 3D prototypes to visualise and refine your garment’s fit, design, and proportions before physical samples or part mock-ups are made. This helps minimise waste and reduce sampling costs. Physical prototypes can also be produced when needed to test fit and performance.
